Ticket to Ride
- Venue: – Visit to Chesterfield Christmas Market. There is a Christmas lights switch on and other events as well as the market.
- Date: Sunday 23rd November 2025.
- Bring bus passes.
- Time: Meet at Mansfield Bus Station. Please arrive around 10.30, so we can register everyone.
- Pronto Bus leaves for Chesterfield at 10.45am in Mansfield Bus Station. (Bay L). Journey takes approx. 50 mins.
- We are due to return on the 16.40 bus from Chesterfield which will arrive back at 5.30. Please note there is only one an hour on the return which is at 40 mins past the hour.
- There will be street entertainment throughout the town centre, and a stage show will take place at 4:30pm outside the Town Hall (for those wishing to stay later). Following this, there will be a musical procession featuring a brass band, guiding people back into the town centre.
- Whilst in town visit the Crooked Spire, the largest Church in Derbyshire, to see a Festival of Christmas Trees, which is now in its tenth year. There is a Christmas Tipi on the market place where seasonal drinks can be purchased but please note card payments only.
