Yoga 2026
- Yoga sessions starts on Wednesday 2nd September, 10-12 noon at Flint Avenue Community Centre.
- Each session will be £4 per person.
- Groups will be sorted at the first session Vicky will assess skills and abilities.
- Please wear suitable footwear and clothing.
- If you have a mat please bring it along with you.
