Yoga 2026

September – meeting at usual time on   till now being held at our new venue. Ludborough Walk. Postcode NG19  9SD. Directions are:- A60 from Jug and Glass proceed to Peafield Lane traffic lights, taking the inner lane to turn right up Peafield Lane. Second turning on right at Peafield into Litton Road. Immediate left onto Ludborough Walk. Hall at end of this small T shaped cul de sac. Postcode NG19 9SD.

  • Yoga sessions starts on Wednesday  September, 10-12 noon at Flint Avenue Community Centre.
  • Each session will be £4 per person.
  • Groups will be sorted at the first session Vicky will assess skills and abilities.  
  • Please wear suitable footwear and clothing.  
  • If you have a mat please bring it along with you.
