Yoga 2026

Cancelled 

  • Yoga sessions starts on Wednesday  September, 10-12 noon at Flint Avenue Community Centre.
  • Each session will be £4 per person.
  • Groups will be sorted at the first session Vicky will assess skills and abilities.  
  • Please wear suitable footwear and clothing.  
  • If you have a mat please bring it along with you.
