Wine Appreciation
Wine Appreciation meeting at Member’s home at 7.00pm-9.00pm.
- Each month, one member chooses and purchases five wines, (three white/rose and 2 reds), for a maximum of £50.00 for which they are reimbursed. They introduce the wines one by one, which members taste, discuss and score. The monthly leader also provides a light selection of food such as meats, cheese and pate to accompany the wine. A brief description of the wines is retained for the records.
- Members currently pay £7.00 per session to cover the cost of the wine, and £10 at the summer Barbeque and Christmas party.
